Lyshra Refund & Return Policy
Cancellations
We gladly accept cancellations. To modify or cancel your order, you must do so within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, ALL SALES ARE FINAL, and you agree to await the completion of the stated processing time.
Returns & Exchanges
All nail kits are custom-made to order. For hygiene reasons and due to their personalized nature, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless items arrive damaged or incorrect. Please double-check your selections (e.g., sizes, colors) before finalizing your order.

Damaged/incorrect items: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof to qualify for a free replacement or return.

Address errors/unpaid taxes: Returned packages will be re-shipped at the buyer’s expense. Reshipment fees must be paid within 10 days of notification; unclaimed orders will be closed.
Refunds
Refunds are generally not offered, with exceptions reviewed case-by-case:

No refunds for incorrect size selections, buyer remorse, or refusal to wait for processing.

Custom/sale items, sizing kits, and rush orders are non-refundable.

Approved refunds (e.g., for irreparable damage) will exclude processing fees and original shipping costs.
Cancellation Fees

Cancellations after 24 hours incur a $15 processing fee + 3% transaction fee.

Orders canceled due to unverified addresses or unresolved sizing issues will also incur a 3% fee.
Taxes & Duties
All applicable taxes, customs duties, or import fees are the buyer’s responsibility. Lyshra is not liable for any charges incurred during international shipping or local tax regulations.
