Order Processing

All orders require 1-5 business days for processing and quality checks before shipment.
Note: Custom or pre-order items may have longer processing times, as specified on their product pages.

Estimated delivery times (after processing) vary by region:

North & South America

  • United States, Canada: 7-12 days

  • Mexico, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Peru: 15-40 days

  • Puerto Rico, Remote Areas (e.g., Alaska): 20-30 days

Europe & Middle East

  • Europe (EU): 7-16 days

  • Turkey, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Israel: 7-16 days

  • Cyprus, Morocco: 7-15 days

Asia & Oceania

  • Japan, Hong Kong, South Korea: 5-13 days

Shipping Carriers

  • Standard Shipping: 4PX, SF Express, Yun Express.

  • Express Shipping: DHL, FedEx, UPS (subject to item eligibility).


Order Tracking

  • You’ll receive a tracking number and link via email once your order ships.

  • Track your package anytime on our Track Order page using your order number.


Multiple Shipments

  • For faster delivery, multi-item orders may ship separately at no extra cost.

  • Each shipment will include a unique tracking number.


Customs & Duties

  • Duties prepaid for orders shipped from Lyshra warehouses (no additional fees at delivery).

  • Customer responsibility: Taxes/duties imposed by your country’s customs authority are not included in product prices.


Battery-Containing Items

  • Safety compliance: Items with batteries cannot be shipped by air.

  • Automatic adjustment: If you select Express Shipping for battery items, we’ll:

    1. Ship via Standard Ground.

    2. Refund the Express Shipping fee within 3-5 business days.

  • Address accuracy: Double-check your shipping details at checkout. We’re not responsible for delays due to incorrect addresses.

  • Carrier delays: Extreme weather, customs inspections, or logistical issues may extend delivery times.
